Frame, walls, upper floors, roof structure, openings, and full waterproofing. Closes on structural and roof/waterproofing sign-off — sealed against the elements.
MEP and ELV rough-in, plastering, screeds, ceilings, tiling prep, joinery first fix, external render. Closes on first-fix and wet-area waterproofing sign-offs — before walls are closed.
Second fix, final finishes, commissioning, snagging, deep clean, and full documentation. Closes on practical completion and client handover — followed by 180 days of free call-outs.
